Join a leading not-for-profit health system as a full-time RN in the ECMO Abdominal Transplant ICU in Oklahoma City, working 7p-7a. Responsibilities include managing patient care, assessments, care planning, and supervising staff. Eligible candidates may receive a $40,000 sign-on bonus if hired by 1/31/25, along with enhanced benefits like front-loaded PTO and paid family leave. Qualifications include a current RN license in Oklahoma, BLS certification, and effective communication skills. This position may require floating to other units and participation in on-call status.
