Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Rockville, MD, to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for residents in group homes. The LPC will collaborate with team members to provide high-quality care, focusing on behavioral health, crisis intervention, and client-centered therapy for individuals with diverse needs.

• Responsibilities include creating tailored behavior plans, conducting assessments, evaluating progress, and training staff.
• Must have a Master’s degree in a related field, valid LPC certification, and at least one year of experience in similar settings.
• Strong communication, crisis intervention skills, and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams are essential.
