Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board and the State of Michigan.
One year of clinical experience, preferably in home health care.
Valid Michigan driver’s license and insured vehicle for patient transport.
