Position Summary: The Staff Physical Therapist will assess and treat inpatients and outpatients with physical and functional deficits, aiming to enhance mobility, alleviate pain, and restore independence. This role involves collaboration with other healthcare professionals and providing training to students.
Essential Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans based on patient needs.
Implement individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring clinical competence.
Maintain compliance with departmental and institutional standards.
Engage in professional development and contribute to program evaluation.
Supervise physical therapy students and orient staff to therapy practices.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors/Masters in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Current Massachusetts license or ability to obtain one.
CPR certification required.
New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.
