Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to perform evaluations and treatments while maintaining high-quality care. Responsibilities include:

• Setting clear, measurable goals tailored to individual patient needs.
• Treating patients with respect, dignity, and privacy.
• Motivating patient participation in therapy.
• Utilizing creative interventions to achieve positive outcomes.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to assess patient needs and develop care plans.
• Documenting patient progress accurately and timely.
• Effectively using the computer system in line with company policy.
