Clinician I (FUOP)

Job Description

Casa Esperanza, Inc. seeks a Clinician I to support the Director of Outpatient Services in delivering quality care at an outpatient mental health clinic for individuals with co-occurring disorders. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising Master Level clinicians and interns.
• Facilitating group interventions and individual therapy.
• Coordinating client treatment plans and ensuring effective communication among team members.
• Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and documentation.
• Building community relationships to enhance recovery support.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, LICSW or LMHC license, bilingual proficiency, and relevant experience. Full-time position with a salary range of $75K to $80K and comprehensive benefits.
