We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for multiple facilities in Teaneck, NJ, focusing on providing high-quality care in various settings, including long-term care and short-term rehab. The PT will be part of an interdisciplinary team, responsible for evaluating residents, creating treatment plans, and managing resources effectively.
Essential Duties:
Direct and manage resident rehabilitation care, adhering to all standards.
Evaluate resident needs and establish treatment plans.
Coordinate with staff and other disciplines for treatment supervision.
Participate in resident screenings and provide clinical feedback.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing records.
Assist with marketing and participate in training programs.
Travel to other facilities as needed.
Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
Current and active PT license in the state.
Preferred experience in older adult rehabilitation and knowledge of regulatory guidelines.
