The Registered Nurse coordinates and implements patient care tailored to the specific age group of the assigned units, ensuring quality and safe care in line with unit standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing efficient and effective clinical practice.
• Treating all individuals with respect and consideration.
• Maintaining current knowledge and skills relevant to the patient population.
• Obtaining necessary certifications, including a New Mexico RN license and BLS certification.
