Physical Therapist (PT) Per diem

Job Description

We have per diem opportunities for Physical Therapists with the following responsibilities:

• Collaborate with therapy teams and complete evaluations/documentation.
• Provide therapy as per treatment plans and manage workflow independently.
• Familiarity with PDPM and understanding of Medicaid/Medicare billing is required.

Qualifications include:

• New York PT License.
• Experience in long-term care, particularly Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage diverse patient personalities and creative problem-solving skills.
