Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) – Skilled Nursing Facility

Location: Centralia, WA

Weekly Pay: $1983.63

Employment Type: Travel

Shift: 8 Hour Shift

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide therapy and rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, creating individualized treatment plans, and documenting progress.

Requirements:

  • Active state OT license
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • 6 months of OT experience within the last 5 years
