Job Description

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for Full-Time or PRN positions. Key offerings include:

• Full-time pay: $30-$40/hour DOE
• Sign-on Bonus: $5,000
• PRN pay: $40 – $45/hr DOE
• In-house rehab programs and supportive teams
• Continuing education and mentorship opportunities

Responsibilities include providing direct rehab care under the supervision of a licensed OT, maintaining patient records, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
