The Director of Health and Wellness, serving as the community’s Director of Nursing, is responsible for enhancing the Resident experience by leading the health and wellness department. This role involves managing assisted living and memory care services, conducting resident assessments, and developing personalized care plans using EMR (Eldermark). The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, a Registered Nurse License, and at least five years of nursing experience, including supervisory roles.
