Job Description

Summary:

The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing, planning, evaluating, and implementing care for patients in physical therapy. They must adhere to the Physical Therapy Practice Act and provide appropriate therapy care, supplies, and interventions.

Requirements:

• Doctorate degree
• LPT License in the state of employment
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience preferred; outpatient orthopedics experience is a plus
• New graduates are considered
