Summary:
Provides Occupational Therapy Services, including assessment, treatment planning, and discharge planning for referred patients. Involves in clinical operations, program development, and performance improvement. Supervises Occupational Therapy students, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, and volunteers.
Responsibilities:
Conducts diagnostic evaluations for inpatients and outpatients.
Develops individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
Maintains documentation and participates in care conferences.
Coordinates student and volunteer programs.
Supports departmental operations and productivity standards.
Identifies community resources for referrals.
Promotes professional relationships with medical staff.
Requirements:
Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Texas.
BLS certification required.
