Responsibilities:

• Assist in Admission/Discharge processes
• Complete accident/incident reports
• Transcribe Physician orders and document resident information
• Administer medications as ordered
• Participate in Care Planning and conferences
• Maintain rapport with all disciplines
• Engage in continuing education

Must be currently licensed as an RN/LPN in the state and able to interact tactfully with all stakeholders.
