Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Job Description

We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. This role offers flexible hours, allowing you to connect with individuals one-on-one and assist them in re-engaging with their health.

• Conduct in-home visits focusing on overall health and identifying barriers to care.
• Earn between $2,500 to $4,000 weekly, with an average of 6-9 visits daily at $80 per assessment.
• Potential to increase per-visit rates by up to 160% based on location.
• Shifts available Monday to Sunday, with no night or weekend work required.
• Independent contractor status with a flexible schedule and malpractice coverage.
• Must have a state license and a Master’s degree.

This position allows for competitive earnings while managing personal and clinical commitments, with additional compensation for qualifying diagnostic tests. Relocation to Calcasieu Parish, LA, is required before starting work.
