Applications are now being accepted for the winter 2024 RN residency cohort. This program is designed for new RN graduates, offering a year-long developmental and onboarding experience to build skills and confidence in patient care.

Participants will receive comprehensive orientation and be paired with a preceptor for guidance through a structured curriculum focused on skill development and patient care assignments.

Requirements include:

  • Graduation from an accredited RN School of Nursing
  • Current Louisiana RN license
  • CPR certification from the American Heart Association
  • Interest in professional growth
  • Willingness to accept scheduling/placement designations

    • This is a full-time position in a faith-based organization that promotes professional development.
