Physical Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for our facilities in Whippany, New Jersey, specializing in long-term care, short-term rehab, skilled nursing, assisted living, and sub-acute care. The PT will provide high-level resident care, manage treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team across multiple locations, requiring frequent travel.

Essential Duties:

• Deliver and oversee rehabilitation care in compliance with standards.
• Evaluate resident needs and create effective treatment plans.
• Coordinate with staff on treatment supervision.
• Participate in resident screenings and provide clinical feedback.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing records.
• Assist in marketing and participate in training programs.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.
• Preferred experience in older adult rehabilitation and knowledge of healthcare regulations.
