Job Description

Responsibilities:
As a Nurse (RN or LPN), you will collaborate with the nursing and administration team, as well as physicians. Key duties include:

• Administering and documenting medications
• Completing client record documentation
• Supervising medication aides
• Assessing residents’ medical/mental status
• Obtaining vitals and lab specimens
• Preparing paperwork for client appointments
• Assisting with admissions and discharges
• Participating in on-call rotation

Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current RN or LPN licensure in Iowa. Proficiency in time management, EHR documentation, and strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with mental illness and knowledge of psychotropic medications and co-occurring disorders.
