Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Schedule: 32 hours/week; Tue-Thu 7am-3pm, Fri 3pm-11pm; on-call twice/month.

Pay: $41 – $44/hr, plus evening shift differential and on-call pay.

Location: Essex, CT

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise resident care and nursing staff.
  • Administer medications and direct care.
  • Maintain communication with physicians and families.
  • Develop care plans and document care accurately.
  • Respond to emergencies and encourage resident independence.

    • Qualifications:

  • Current RN license and CPR certification required.
  • 6 months of long-term care experience preferred.
  • Compassionate and able to build rapport with patients.

    • All new hires must pass a preemployment screening process.
