A Home Health Care agency in Fairfax, VA is seeking a PRN or Contractor Physical Therapist to provide outpatient therapy services to adult patients in their homes across Fairfax, Prince William, and Loudoun Counties.
Job Requirements:
State-specific PT license
Reliable personal transportation
1+ years of experience
Liability insurance and CPR/BLS certification
Strong communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of Kinnser and OASIS-D is a plus
Job Type:
Part-time, Contract, Per diem
Flexible schedule; choose your own hours
Pay: $130.00 – $150.00 per visit or $70.00 – $75.00 per hour
