Join a rewarding opportunity as an Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist, working with children from birth to 3 years and their families. You will provide home and community-based services to infants and toddlers at risk for developmental delays, ensuring individualized, evidence-based support that respects family priorities and values.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments and providing direct speech therapy.
  • Developing Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP).
  • Monitoring and evaluating intervention plans.
  • Facilitating parent-child interactions.

Requirements:

  • Massachusetts licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
