You will provide home and community-based services to infants and toddlers at risk for developmental delays, ensuring individualized, evidence-based support that respects family priorities and values.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and providing direct speech therapy.
- Developing Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP).
- Monitoring and evaluating intervention plans.
- Facilitating parent-child interactions.
Requirements:
- Massachusetts licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
