Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Job Description

We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting in-home visits focused on overall health and identifying barriers to care.
• Compensation of $2,500 to $4,000 weekly, with a base rate of $80 per assessment.
• Flexible shifts available Monday to Sunday, with no nights or weekends required.
• Independent contractor status with a flexible schedule and potential for additional compensation through a pay-per-test model.
• Malpractice coverage and travel support may be provided based on eligibility.

Applicants must have a Master’s degree and a state license, with a preference for those willing to relocate to Spotsylvania County, VA. A minimum of 10 hours per week is expected.
