We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee nursing care delivery at our facility, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and premium pay for weekend shifts. The RN will supervise staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and collaborate with the healthcare team.
Essential Functions:
Supervise nursing care to residents
Comply with state and federal regulations
Collaborate with healthcare team members
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current state licensure
Knowledge of nursing processes for geriatric and long-term care
