This position offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus and competitive wages between $22.35 – $24.20 per hour, with additional shift differentials for evenings and nights. We are looking for a Nursing Assistant/Registered (CNA/NAR) to provide hands-on care for residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Lake City, MN. The role involves assisting with personal care, monitoring vital signs, and documenting in electronic medical records. The schedule includes 56 hours over two weeks, evening shifts, and every other weekend and holiday. Full benefits are available, including medical, dental, and education scholarships.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with personal care based on individual care plans.
  • Check and record vital signs as needed.
  • Observe and report resident status to staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness in work areas and report equipment issues.

    • Qualifications:

  • Active on the MN Nursing Assistant registry by start date.
  • Preferred experience with diverse and geriatric populations.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service experience are beneficial.
