Job Description

A residential treatment facility in Havre de Grace, MD, is seeking a compassionate Counselor or Therapist to provide mental health and substance use counseling for individuals and families. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting clinical assessments and facilitating therapy sessions.
• Developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans.
• Providing crisis intervention and case management.
• Engaging families in the treatment process and creating continuing care plans.
