Job Summary: The Pharmacy Manager for Oncology will oversee pharmacy operations in Oncology Clinics, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Responsibilities include operational oversight, staff management, policy development, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The manager will also perform pharmacist or technician duties as needed and support the organization’s mission of clinical excellence and financial stewardship.

Essential Functions:

• Manage daily operations and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Monitor staff performance and provide training.
• Maintain inventory management and compliance with laws.

Education: B.S. in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred. Advanced degrees and oncology residencies are advantageous.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Oncology Pharmacy required; supervisory experience preferred.

Licenses/Certifications: Active Washington State pharmacy license required.

Skills: Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, excellent communication, and multitasking abilities are essential.

Work Environment: Primarily office-based with physical demands including prolonged sitting and computer use.

Job Type: Full-time, with a pay range of $62.72 – $94.08 per hour.
