Job Description

The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing high-quality, cost-effective patient care and assisting in the strategic planning and implementation of nursing services. Key duties include:

• Supervising nursing activities and managing financial and human resources.
• Ensuring compliance with nursing policies and monitoring patient outcomes.
• Addressing staff training needs and fostering a positive work environment.
• Collaborating with clinical departments to meet quality and safety goals.
• Leading performance improvement initiatives and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Nursing, 2 years of clinical experience, and an RN license. Full-time position with variable hours.
