> REF:#e5bac58b84ac2ad6AW Health Care seeks an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide intermittent therapy to patients in their homes, following physician orders and care plans under the Director of Therapy’s supervision.
- Responsibilities include improving patient disabilities, conducting evaluations, providing therapy, and consulting with physicians.
- Must prepare clinical notes, instruct patients and families, and participate in care planning.
- Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited OT program, current state license, and preferred two years of experience.
- Physical requirements include moderate lifting and the ability to engage in physical activity.
