Join an extraordinary team as a Nurse Manager, where you will provide direct nursing care to residents and oversee Licensed Nurses and Quality of Life Specialists. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Documenting resident status and supervising staff.
  • Scheduling and securing replacement staff to ensure compliance.
  • Participating in resident admissions and assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
  • Identifying medical and behavioral changes, developing care plans, and providing reports to the Director of Health Services.
