We are seeking a Full Time or Part Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at a Residential Health Care Facility dedicated to high-quality care and continuous improvement.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide quality therapy services under the supervision of a physical therapist.
• Screen patients and assist in treatment planning and discharge processes.
• Maintain documentation and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Support a positive work environment and adhere to departmental policies.

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assistance and state licensure.
• Strong communication skills and compassion for residents.
• New graduates are welcome!
