Registered Nurse PACU II – Cardiac Observation Unit- Treasure Valley Hospital

Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the PACU with the following responsibilities:

• Assess patient status throughout their care episode.
• Prepare and recover cardiac procedural patients.
• Develop individualized perianesthesia care plans.
• Provide accurate hand-off reports to teammates.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications include:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Preferred one year of PACU experience.
• Current state licensure and BLS/BCLS certification within 90 days.
• ACLS and PALS certification required within 90 days if applicable.
• Specialty certification in Perioperative Nursing or Perianesthesia preferred.

Compensation ranges from USD $40.00 to $46.00 per hour.
