Job Description

Job Summary: Seeking a Nurse (RN or LPN) for night shifts to provide direct nursing and personal care to residents, supervise nursing assistants, and ensure resident safety and well-being.

Essential Duties:

• Monitor residents’ conditions and assess their needs.
• Prepare and administer medications as prescribed.
• Perform routine charting and documentation.
• Manage admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Qualifications:

• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Illinois.
