Job Summary:
Seeking a competent Nurse to provide both routine and complex care in a clinical setting. The role involves independent practice, critical thinking, and effective management of patient care, including delegation and assignment of tasks to other care providers.
Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process for patient assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and families.
Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects.
Document patient care and educate patients and families on health issues.
Requirements:
Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
One year of nursing experience preferred.
Current Texas RN License or Compact RN License.
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, De-escalation training, TNCC, and PALS certifications required.
Work Schedule: 11AM – 11PM, Full Time.
