Surgical Technologist I – Full Time – Daylight – Grove City Surgery Center – Up to $25,000 Sign-on Bonus

Job Description

We are offering a sign-on bonus for eligible full-time Surgical Technologist positions, varying based on experience:

• 0-1 years: $10,000 (2-year), $12,000 (3-year)
• 1-2 years: $10,000 (2-year), $17,000 (3-year)
• 2+ years: $15,000 (2-year), $25,000 (3-year)

Responsibilities include assisting in surgical setups, maintaining aseptic techniques, preparing patients, and performing counts of surgical instruments. A minimum of a one-year certificate or equivalent experience is required, along with CPR certification. Preferred candidates have 1-3 years of experience. Compliance with ethical standards and HIPAA regulations is mandatory.
