We are seeking a full-time Nurse Manager for the 18-bed adult psychiatric unit at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital in Brockton, MA. The Nurse Manager will oversee inpatient services, manage resources, and ensure quality, cost-effective care delivery. Key responsibilities include establishing patient care standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, evaluating nursing staff performance, and collaborating with medical staff for superior patient experiences. Candidates should have at least 3 years of nursing management experience in a psychiatric setting, an active Massachusetts RN license, and a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
