Job Summary:

The role involves providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients while supervising therapy assistants, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing patients’ therapeutic and functional status.
• Developing and directing treatment plans based on physician’s orders.
• Instructing patients and caregivers on therapeutic appliances and treatment goals.
• Participating in discharge planning and maintaining communication with care teams.
• Supervising therapy assistants and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications:

• Degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state license and two years of clinical experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and valid driver’s license.
