Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Job Description

We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.

• Flexible hours with shifts available Monday to Sunday (no nights/weekends required).
• Earn between $2,500 to $4,000 weekly, averaging 6-9 visits daily at $80 per completed assessment.
• Potential to increase per-visit rates by up to 160% based on location.
• Independent contractor status with malpractice coverage and availability incentives.
• Conduct assessments including medication reviews and physical evaluations without prescribing or altering treatment regimens.
• Must have a Master’s degree and a state license (Louisiana NP license preferred).
• Relocation to Lafayette Parish, LA required before starting work.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract. Pay: From $80.00 per hour. Expected hours: No less than 10 per week.
