Job Description

Registered Nurse (RN) position responsible for providing nursing care to assigned patients, adhering to evidence-based practices and organizational policies. The RN will practice autonomously, perform nursing assessments, and deliver care appropriate to patients’ age and developmental levels. Key responsibilities include delegating care, documenting in electronic systems, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. The RN must maintain clinical knowledge, demonstrate critical thinking, and serve as a mentor and resource for peers and students. Required qualifications include an Associate’s Degree, RN license, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
