Registered Nurse (RN) – FT

Job Description

We are seeking full-time Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide nursing care to residents, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. Available shifts include days, evenings, and nights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes.
• Assist with daily living activities and dietary adherence.
• Supervise nursing assistants and ensure proper care delivery.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and supplies.

Qualifications:

• Active Kansas RN license.
• Completion of an accredited RN training program.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical requirements include medium work exerting varying levels of force.
