Seeking experienced psychotherapists (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC) for the Crown Heights Connect Program to provide in-person treatment for adults with mental health issues, particularly those recently released from incarceration. Availability on Sundays and potential weekday/evening shifts is required.

Conduct intakes and provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy.

Deliver services in various settings, including home and community.

Coordinate case management and maintain accurate client records.

Collaborate with other providers and participate in quality improvement reviews.

Utilize evidence-based techniques and provide crisis intervention.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in a related field, current licensure, and experience with diverse populations.
Salary: $75K-$91K based on experience. Full-time position with benefits including 401(k) matching and paid time off.
