We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor/Assistant Director of Nursing for our senior living community in Fairfield, CT. In this full-time role, you will oversee the Resident Care Department, providing direct supervision and support to care providers while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with residents’ families
  • Ensuring compliance with care regulations
  • Accurate record-keeping
  • Implementing safety procedures

    • Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with 1 year of Assisted Living/Home Care or Hospice experience
  • 2 years in a care setting
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
