Job Description

We are seeking a part-time School-Based Therapist to provide brain health services to students (ages 5-17) within the Dubuque Community School District. This role involves collaborating with school counselors, faculty, and families to deliver outpatient services, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans. Responsibilities include completing progress notes, discharge planning, and referrals to community resources.
