Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Admission/Discharge processes
- Complete accident/incident reports
- Transcribe Physician orders and document resident information
- Administer medications as ordered
- Participate in Care Planning and conferences
Requirements:
- Current RN/LPN License in Wisconsin
- Willingness to receive COVID Vaccine or obtain exemption
