> REF:#e100eb2283929f9bPosition Summary: A Registered Professional Nurse (RN) delivers patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN also supervises and evaluates patient teaching and ancillary nursing personnel while adhering to professional standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of a State Board School of Nursing or equivalent.
- Licenses: Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license; BLS Certification required within 2 weeks of hire; Nephrology nursing certification preferred.
- Experience: 2 years of dialysis nursing experience or Nephrology Nursing Certification required.
Skills: Action-oriented, collaborative, customer-focused, effective communicator, and strong decision-maker.
Environment: Clean, well-ventilated, smoke-free; subject to stress and varied hours.
Physical Requirements: Ability to handle emergencies, extensive standing/walking, and manual dexterity.
