LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Thursday to Saturday day shift (6:30am-6:30pm). As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN will provide quality nursing care, monitor patient conditions, and supervise CNAs.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program
• Active LPN/LVN license in good standing
• Preferred one year of skilled nursing experience
• CPR certification required upon hire

Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality nursing care and make independent decisions
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude
