Job Description

The Registered Nurse is responsible for coordinating and implementing patient care tailored to the specific age group of the assigned units. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring quality and safe patient care in line with unit standards.
• Demonstrating effective work habits and clinical practice.
• Treating all individuals with respect and consideration.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licenses: Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license; BLS Certification required within 2 weeks of hire.
• Skills: Knowledge of patient rights, effective communication, and age-appropriate care.
