RN Manager – Behavioral Health

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time RN Manager for a newly constructed 96-bed inpatient behavioral health hospital, with hours from Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 11 PM. The RN Manager will assist the DON/CNO in overseeing nursing operations, ensuring high-quality behavioral health services, and addressing patient needs. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing direct patient care as needed. Candidates should have an accredited nursing degree, at least two years of nursing experience, and one year of management experience. A current RN license and CPR certification are required.
