Overview:
**$15,000 Sign on bonus**
Summary:
Under the supervision of the Manager, the role involves performing diagnostic magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures as ordered by physicians to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment.
Responsibilities:
Address patient physical and emotional needs.
Conduct MRI exams following established protocols.
Screen patients and families entering the Imaging Center.
Report patient changes to appropriate personnel.
Transport patients within the Radiology Department.
Provide exam-related information to customers.
Document procedural information accurately.
Perform quality assurance and quality control as per protocol.
Ensure smooth operation of the MRI section.
Administer contrast media as per protocols.
May conduct point of care testing per CLIA guidelines.
Qualifications:
Essential Credentials: Amer Registry MRI, Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
Essential Education: Associate Degree.
Experience: Previous MRI experience preferred; must demonstrate performance standards supporting patient satisfaction.
