Join our team as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and make a meaningful impact in the community by providing compassionate, high-quality mental health care. As a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, you will conduct rapid assessments, offer brief counseling, and deliver longer-term psychotherapy. Your role includes collaborating with medical teams to address mental health and substance abuse issues, providing crisis intervention, and making treatment recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct rapid assessments and brief counseling.
  • Provide longer-term psychotherapy.
  • Deliver substance abuse counseling and crisis intervention.
  • Collaborate with medical teams on mental health issues.
  • Make impactful treatment recommendations.

    • What You Bring:

  • MSW or PhD/PsyD from an accredited institution.
  • Independent clinical social worker licensure in Vermont.
  • 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Experience in medical settings and interest in behavioral medicine.
  • Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills.
